Doğrar Metal was founded by Basri Doğrar in 1970 as a small workshop to manufacture sheet metal parts needed by the local market.
The production, which started with only guillotine shears and eccentric press brakes, expanded to parts with welded joints with the contributions of Abdullah Doğrar, the second generation representative who joined the company, with investments in hydraulic press brakes.In the 1990s, another second generation representative, Ayhan Doğrar, joined the company, and capacity was increased with additional investments in modern buildings, crane cranes, press brakes with new cnc technology and guillotine shears.
Our company, which has never given up on the principle of investing in technology, made the first plate laser cutting machine investment in the region in 2004, and in the following years, it increased the number of laser cutting machines and provided technological diversity with 6-meter press brakes and plasma cutting benches, forming the foundations of flexible and high quality production.
The ISO 9001 management systems quality certificate, which is the building block of quality production, was brought to our company in 2006. In 2010, a new factory building investment suitable for laser cutting was made and fiber laser benches that use less energy were purchased instead of carbon laser benches. Our company, which closely follows new technologies, provided product and customer diversity by integrating laser pipe and profile cutting machine and welding robot in 2020. Our company has demonstrated the value it attaches to the environment and technology with the transition to servo motor press brakes that use less energy and the investment in roof solar energy.
In 2019, our company made its first export to Europe and still continues its export sales with an increasing momentum every year. It has realized the integration of ERP for corporate resource management in 2020. During all these investments, the quality and competence of the working personnel has been sensitively emphasized, and has always revealed the value it gives to people.
Today, with 52 years of experience and a total of 75 personnel, 20 of whom are white collar and 55 blue collar, trained in the best quality of the market, in a total of 9.000 m2 closed area, by using the latest pipe, profile and sheet metal processing technologies, to the level that can produce assembled, finished and semi-finished products. has arrived. As of 2022, we are proud member of Turkish German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
